People Strategy & Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Support the CHRO in translating P&C strategic priorities into actionable work plans aligned to business goals -- tracking progress and delivery against key milestones
Reviews current P&C initiatives and strategically scans the function and broader business for process and delivery improvements. Conduct analysis to identify organizational gaps, strengths, and weaknesses
Evaluate and redesign P&C workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve department and cross-departmental processes for greater efficiency and consistency
Leads multiple P&C projects simultaneously, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develops and implements P&C project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure new or revised P&C initiatives are executed on time, within scope, meet success criteria, and drive continuous improvement
Coordinates P&C initiatives across teams including P&C Business Partners, P&C Centers of Excellence, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Facilitates seamless collaboration, manages expectations, and ensures transparent communication. Monitors project progress, manages risks, and escalates issues as needed
Create and maintain the People & Culture playbook, documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ways of working to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment across the department
Act as a bridge between subject matter experts and stakeholders, translating process and detailed requirements into clear, concise, and user-friendly content
Partners with P&C Business Partners, P&C Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to create a framework to align workforce capabilities with the company’s long-term business objectives
Support workforce planning processes by reshaping timelines to address gaps, points of overlap, and friction. Supports the development and user training of templates that enable P&C Business Partners and Finance to align staffing and budget priorities
Partner with internal communications team, P&C team, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and timely messaging to employees and leaders on enterprise initiatives. Build communication cadence and support execution
Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to ensure timely delivery and adoption of leader enablement tools and change resources
Supports HRIS with project management support during the implementation and adoption phase of HR technology and reporting tools. Develops and maintains accurate process and field documentation. Supports related change management and training initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
5+ years of experience in people operations, people strategy, or project/program management within a dynamic, multi-entity organization
Experience supporting the development of an HR Center of Excellence (COE) or similar HR operational infrastructure
Experience with change management, organizational transformation, and development of related training and communication plans
Demonstrated strength in project management, including experience using project tracking tools
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Experience leveraging BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and/or AI-assisted tools to support insights and efficiency
Elevated ability to quickly learn and assess internal processes and develop recommendations for efficiency and improvement
The ability to develop and deliver content ensures employees and stakeholders can easily understand and apply new systems, tools, or procedures
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Analytical thinker and problem solver who can translate data into actionable recommendations
Strong collaborator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working on a computer
Ability to move about office locations and event venues as needed to support meetings and projects
Occasionally required to lift or carry up to 25 pounds of files, materials, or equipment
Must be able to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and via phone/email
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Role may occasionally require extended hours or work outside of standard business times, aligned to project deadlines or organizational events
