Responsibilities
As the new client’s main point on contact, you will be responsible for introducing the Professional Loan Program by sending a customized Program Welcome Letter, sending application, collecting and reviewing information for underwriting, and collaborating with internal teams to complete onboarding, including Know Your Client (“KYC”) due diligence
Partner directly with clients, internal Middle Office teams and required third parties (Family office representatives, notaries, couriers, and borrowers counsel) to manage deal progression and closing ensuring an overall excellent client experience
Act as primary owner of the existing loan portfolio while performing various aspects of sales and credit management: Proactively manage upcoming covenant and annual review deadlines to collect information from clients in a timely manner to prevent past dues. Work closely with our counterparts on capital calls & distributions and serve as a primary point of contact for client’s program related questions and potential modification requests (e.g., loan increases). Own escalations and collaborate directly with the Client Service Groups to resolve credit related service inquiries. Maintain client interaction reports across the Professional Loan Program (PLP) portfolio
Assist Private Bankers and other Integrated Team Members with the relationship management and relationship deepening efforts for Professional Loan Program clients
Collaborate with the Lending Advisor on various research inquiries and reporting tasks
Business Development - review and identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience in Wealth Management or Banking
A Bachelor's Degree
Demonstrated ability for sales and client relationship management
Strong communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail
Aptitude to take initiative and be proactive to help provide leverage for the team; confidence executing projects with limited supervision
Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF
