Responsibilities
Maintain order in work environment including copier area, lobby, and conference room
Provide excellent customer service to each visitor to the office
Answer telephones courteously and provide caller with helpful, accurate information
Deliver packages across campus as needed
Assist in the mailing, filing, or shredding of documents as needed
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions
Maintain and update existing online database system
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Enrolled student at Auburn University
Professionalism, initiative, adaptability, multi-tasking skills, excellent communications skills, and the ability to work as a team member
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of cordiality
Preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
