Responsibilities
Collects, inputs, and updates data in firmwide databases designed to track litigation matters from beginning to resolution
Track and monitor compliance to client reporting guidelines
Researching and compiling data for analysis
Performing other duties in relationship to database querying and report generation
Qualification
Required
Work experience in the legal environment and familiarity with the litigation process
Computer software experience and comfortable with database functionalities
Familiarity with the Microsoft suite, especially Excel
Strong organizational skills
Highly detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Comfortable working independently and with a team
Exceptional customer service skills and service-oriented mindset
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Adept problem solver

Ability to think outside the box
