Responsibilities
The Successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of the chemical feed systems and required process control testing and analysis; filling of day tanks; calibration of chemical feed pumps
Other duties involve managing pumping and filter operations including filter washing and additional filter treatment that may be required
Duties will also include routine maintenance and housekeeping depending on actual working assignment and any other duties assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic, time management, communication, and organizational and team membership skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good mechanical skills
SCADA operation
Clear understanding of plant operation and booster station operation including booster pumps and chemical feed systems and adjustment
Class C driver's license and D.O.T. medical card required within 30 days of being awarded position
Position requires the ability to lift 75 lbs
Computer literacy required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Class C required after 2 years in position; Class A required after 4 years in position
Class C driver's license and D.O.T. medical card required within 30 days of being awarded position
Preferred
Lab experience preferred
0-2 years in water industry
