Lead ERP Implementation: Oversee all phases of the ERP rollout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met

Drive Business Process Transformation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign workflows, optimize processes, and manage change adoption

Manage Vendor Relationships: Hold ERP vendors accountable for quality and delivery, while fostering strong partnerships

Ensure Data Integrity: Take a hands-on role in critical deliverables such as customer master data cleanup and validation

Coordinate Stakeholders: Align cross-functional teams, resolve issues proactively, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

Required

Skilled at managing ERP vendors and coordinating internal teams with a hands-on approach

Familiarity with project accounting and manufacturing processes is essential

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure
