The Traveling Project Manager will oversee the installation, commissioning, and handover of multiple construction projects, ensuring successful execution on time, within budget, and in compliance with client and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion

Oversee installation subcontractors and Controls Technicians during commissioning

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address concerns and manage expectations

Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution

Obtain, organize, and maintain all project contract documents

Review and approve engineering submittals and technical drawings before handoff

Track and manage change orders, purchase orders, and project expenses to maintain budget adherence

Maintain accurate project records, including milestones, billings, SoV, and documentation within DivPro

Assign commissioning work and oversee field personnel

Review and approve weekly timecards for Controls Technicians

Approve and manage the Bill of Materials (BoM) for each project

Provide monthly project updates, including billing and financial reporting, to senior management
