Responsibilities

Execute detailed commissioning plans, including functional testing, sequence of operations, point-to-point verification, and system calibration for BMS systems with minimal supervision

Perform on-site commissioning activities, including wiring, termination, point-to-point verification, and system integration with other building systems (HVAC, lighting, security)

Independently interpret blueprints and other technical documents

Perform functional testing of the specified sequence of operations to ensure proper operation of the control equipment

Troubleshooting to ensure proper performance of all field devices, controllers, and associated wiring

Collaborate with Lead Controls Technicians, Engineers, and customers to address concerns, clarify requirements, solve issues and facilitate smooth project completion

Required

2+ years experience in installing, configuring, and commissioning BMS systems
