They are seeking a Facilities Engineer to collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure the operation of process equipment and facilities, while also supporting project planning and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

Support all phases of project planning for new equipment installations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of EH&S, Operations, and Quality Assurance to develop equipment specifications
Work with potential suppliers to develop and review proposals
Support technical oversight of construction/installation commissioning
Gain both electrical and mechanical familiarity with plant equipment to support troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for preventive maintenance activities
Develop LOTO procedures for more advanced equipment installations
Provide red lines of facilities blueprints when changes are made to infrastructure

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5+ years' experience working in an Industrial maintenance facility on equipment up to 600V, OR an Advanced Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3+ years' prior relevant experience

Preferred

Prior experience with Project Management focused on new industrial equipment installations or equipment repairs
Prior experience working in a highly regulated environment (i.e., Aerospace, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, etc.)
Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC Systems
Strong Technical Writing skills
Prior experience developing Standard Operating Procedures
