Assy Cell CE Mach Operator
Textron is a manufacturing company seeking an Assy Cell CE Mach Operator. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform operations within a continuous flow-manufacturing cell, ensuring quality and production standards are met while maintaining equipment and documentation.

Responsibilities
Perform assigned work in a safety conscious manner
Perform assigned work to specify quality and production standards
Maintain equipment and tools used by the individual in a clean condition
Perform assigned cleaning required to maintain individual’s immediate work area in a clean condition
Prepare and/or maintain all documentation necessary to the duties of the job classification
Perform other duties inherently required of the job classification
Perform basic adjustments and operate machining centers and related equipment to produce product within specified Company processes and procedures
To communicate on a timely basis to all relevant personnel any issues found during the daily processing of product and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Record keeping as required
Work with others across payrolls, functions, and shifts to solved problems in timely manner
Capable to work unsupervised in their area
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Previously held a position demonstrating the ability to perform basic adjustments and operate manufacturing machinery; or satisfactorily completed company provided or outside training demonstrating some machine skills; or knowledge equivalent to that required in the Machine Operator classification
