Responsibilities
Executing processes used to test regulatory adherence to various laws / regulations that impact Fraud and Disputes Operations
Participate in calibrations for testing alignment
Identify trends and / or opportunities for process improvements and participate in driving those improvements
Update and maintain process documentation
Collaborate with our internal team, process owners and business partners
Research and identify root causes around regulatory errors and recommend corrective actions
Compile and present data into meaningful formats for leadership
Provide project / risk management support as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
At least 2 years experience working in the Financial Industry
At least 1 year experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
At least 1 year of process or project management experience
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
Great attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture and connect upstream / downstream dependencies
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills as well as professionalism at all levels
Self-motivated and demonstrates the ability to work under limited supervision
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workflow
Proficiency working with data
Control testing experience
Positive attitude and a team player
Has a growth mindset
Tech-focused mindset
Preferred
At least 1 year of control testing or quality assurance experience
At least 1 year of risk management experience
At least 1 year of experience with Fuse
At least 1 year of experience with Fraud or Disputes procedures
