Sikich is a global company specializing in Accounting, Advisory, and Technical professional services. The Seasonal Lobby Assistant will greet visitors, assist with document collection, and support various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth operation in the lobby area.

Responsibilities

Greeting visitors, registering in our portal, alerting appropriate staff, and providing access to elevators

Assisting with collecting documents from building lobby and external drop boxes and getting that info to the 3rd floor

Assisting with client documents hand delivered and getting that info to the 3rd floor

Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail and FedEx as needed

Assisting with clients signing eFile forms as needed

Covering for receptionist’s lunch break

Other duties as assigned and time allows

Required

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Enrolled in high school or an undergraduate program at a college or university, and interested in pursuing a degree in accounting

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to follow directions

Fluent in Microsoft Excel and Word
