Responsibilities

Own assigned modules within the integrated 3-statement planning model (revenue/COGS/opex, headcount, working capital), maintain documentation/version control, and produce monthly outlooks with variance bridges and a clear R&O log
Produce the standardized monthly management pack (P&L/BS/CF) with segment/product and cohort/ARR views; ensure tie-outs to the GL and to EPM/BI dashboards; deliver CFO/ELT-ready pages that translate results into “so what / now what” actions; support Board materials with consistent schedules and footnotes
Steward KPI definitions and mapping tables under Corporate FP&A’s master-data policy; reconcile CRM/EPM/ERP views, run exception logs, and partner with EPM/Data on metadata, ETL validation, and audit trails
Build pro-forma and scenario cases; prepare diligence-ready schedules; model planning impacts of purchase accounting with Accounting (e.g., amortization, revenue timing); establish Day-1/Day-100 KPI baselines and synergy-tracking dashboards
Collaborate with Revenue Planning on ARR roll-forwards and revenue bridges; ensure alignment to ASC 606 planning assumptions (SSP, variable consideration) while leaving policy to Accounting
Build/automate self-serve dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) covering KPI trends (ARR/NRR/GRR, unit cost, utilization, backlog health, win rate/ASP/cycle as applicable); retire low-value reports to reduce cycle time
Support long-range planning with scenario/sensitivity packs, working-capital/cash bridges, and covenant/headroom tracking
Uphold FP&A operating standards (close to forecast SLAs, version control, change logs) and ensure reporting and forecast artifacts are complete, consistent, and audit-ready
