Responsibilities
Lead planting-driven design concepts from vision through implementation
Champion biodiversity, climate adaptation, and regenerative planting strategies
Guide firmwide standards for horticulture, soil health, and ecological performance
Oversee planting plans and technical development for complex/high-profile projects
Mentor designers and inspire cross-disciplinary collaboration
Represent EDSA in publications, conferences, and client engagements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Ecology, or related field
10+ years of experience in planting design and biodiversity integration
Proven leadership on complex, design-forward projects
Strong portfolio and software proficiency
Ability to travel as needed
Preferred
Certifications such as RLA, ISA, CPH, LEED AP, or SITES AP preferred
