Must have substantial experience providing regulatory and compliance advice related to consumer financial products and services

Must be able to advise on matters implicating federal laws and state law equivalents, including TILA, RESPA, ECOA, FCRA, HOEPA, and EFTA

Must have significant expertise in residential mortgage origination and servicing

Expertise in credit cards and auto lending/servicing also desirable
