Responsibilities
Support therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents, and families as assigned
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments as a part of the diagnostic process
Review ongoing delivery of services, identify individual client needs and diagnose substance use and/or mental health disorders
Assist in conducting individual, family and group sessions to provide therapeutic treatment and behavior modification using evidence-based practice to assist clients in reaching treatment goals
Involve in case management and coordination of community resources to meet client needs
Qualification
Required
Students who are enrolled in a master's level clinical program (with a focus on counseling) within an accredited university
All applicants who apply must be within the last year of their master's program to be considered for an internship
