Enterprise Account Executive

PERSUIT® is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing Sales team. This role focuses on expanding relationships with in-house legal teams and driving revenue through consultative selling and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

Drive New Business : Proactively identify and engage potential enterprise clients through outbound efforts and support from our GTM teams
Manage the Sales Cycle : Own deals from initial outreach through to close, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless buyer experience
Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and present tailored solutions that align with their legal operations strategy
Build Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strong relationships with legal operations leaders, General Counsels, and other decision-makers
Pipeline Development: Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline with consistent coverage to support quota achievement
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support client needs and influence roadmap discussions
Stay Informed: Keep up with trends in legal tech, procurement, and enterprise software to inform your outreach and value positioning

Qualification

B2B SaaS salesSalesforceConsultative SellingLegal operations experienceCommunicationCollaborative mindsetSelf-motivation

Required

2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you're confident presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-party sales cycles
The ability to self-motivate and stay organized while managing a variety of opportunities and priorities
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from a high-performing team

Preferred

Experience selling to legal departments or legal operations teams
Familiarity with long sales cycles and enterprise procurement processes
Knowledge of Salesforce, Gong, or similar sales tools
A passion for legal innovation and technology
