Structures Bridge National Practice Lead

Responsibilities

Mentors, collaborates, and oversees Structures Bridge Regional Practice Leads and supporting project managers and staff
Function as a technical leader to facilitate the professional development of engineering staff
Direct, plan, and coordinate the team utilization and financial metrics within the Structures Bridge team
Develop and review proposals, in collaboration with other team members, to determine project requirements, schedules, budgets, and staffing needs to win the project
Direct, plan, and coordinate activities of personnel to ensure that standards, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are met
Monitor and update the pursuit pipeline, operational labor backlog, and projected staff assignments and utilization
Working collaboratively with managers across different business groups to meet marketing, sales, staffing, and project delivery goals
Travel will be necessary

Required

Experienced in leading team operations
Technically proficient in structural engineering in the railroad bridge and/or public sectors
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with others to support the goals of the Company
