Intelligence Cybersecurity Specialist

TechPride is seeking experienced Intelligence Cybersecurity Specialists to support multiple cybersecurity mission areas within the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Intelligence enterprise. The role involves participating in the Risk Management Framework lifecycle, developing cybersecurity policies, and conducting assessments in alignment with DoD and USCG policies.

Responsibilities

Participate in the full Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle for assigned systems
Develop, update, and maintain RMF documentation packages (SSP, CMP, IRP, CP, POA&Ms, SARs, etc.)
Conduct security control assessments, compliance reviews, and control validations
Perform STIG/SRG assessments with DISA tools and automated scanning tools
Conduct Security Readiness Reviews (SRRs) for systems and applications
Analyze system architecture, interconnections, and data flows to recommend security controls and mitigations
Develop and update cybersecurity policies, governance documents, user guides, and training materials
Support creation of USCG memos, process guides, ISAs, MOUs, and SOPs
Maintain and update Intelligence cybersecurity portal/web content aligning with DoD, IC, and USCG policies
Support centralized tracking of cybersecurity training, certifications, and compliance
Assist ISSOs and ISOs with accreditation documentation and management guides
Conduct cybersecurity assessments in alignment with DoD, IC, and USCG A&A policies
Prepare and update Security Assessment Reports (SARs), POA&Ms, and other assessment artifacts
Conduct ACAS scanning, review results, and document vulnerabilities and remediation paths
Complete detailed STIG validations for systems preparing for authorization
Develop and deliver cyber risk assessment briefs to the AO/AODR
Define standard processes for ISSOs/ISOs to assist with security control implementation

Required

Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, RMF, A&A, cyber policy, or related DoD/IC cybersecurity functions
Knowledge of DoD, IC, or DHS cybersecurity policies such as: NIST SP 800-37, 800-53, 800-171, ICD 503, CNSSI 1253, DoDI 8510.01
Strong technical understanding of system security principles, network topology, data flows, and cybersecurity risk management
Experience working with one or more cybersecurity/RMF tools (eMASS, Xacta, ACAS, STIG Viewer, SCC Tools, etc.)
Strong written communication skills for preparing documentation, reports, and stakeholder briefings
DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II or IAT Level II (Security+, CAP, CISM, CASP+, GSLC, CCNA Security, etc.)
