Responsibilities
Implementing organizational priorities, plans, and objectives while ensuring accountability
Managing the organization's systems for safety, quality, financial, personnel, and work processes
Collaborating with management, customers, technicians, and the sales team to address escalated or complex customer service concerns
Setting team priorities to ensure tasks are completed and coordinating work activities between staff and engineering
Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (8+ years in a related field)
3+ years of operational experience
1+ years of management experience
Ability to travel up to 25%
Proficiency in JDE systems
Experience reviewing work orders in Field Centrix
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Familiarity with MOC and Process Safety reporting
Willingness to participate in the DISA program or other required customer site programs
