Responsibilities

Structure and negotiate commercial agreements with partners (e.g., revenue shares, AUM-based fees, acquisition incentives)
Ensure deal structures are financially sound, scalable, and aligned with GCash’s long-term strategy
Lead renewal discussions and support legal and finance in finalizing contract terms
Track commercial obligations and proactively manage risks or renegotiation triggers
Align with partners on overall strategy, product direction, and key joint initiatives (e.g., feature rollouts, GTM plans)
Serve as the main strategic contact for partners—balancing their objectives with internal priorities
Provide partner input to internal teams (e.g., Product, Segments, Risk) to support roadmap planning or strategic pivots
Stay on top of competitor offerings and market shifts to advise on partnership opportunities or threats
Ensure partners meet contractual and regulatory obligations, including BSP requirements and internal risk protocols
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and other teams for audits, reviews, and regulatory submissions
Track key governance milestones such as onboarding, contract renewals, or policy updates
Flag and help resolve compliance or reputational risks tied to partner behavior or product gaps

Required

Experience in structuring and negotiating commercial agreements

Experience in aligning with partners on overall strategy and product direction
Ability to serve as the main strategic contact for partners

Experience in ensuring partners meet contractual and regulatory obligations
Ability to coordinate with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and other teams for audits and regulatory submissions
Experience in tracking key governance milestones such as onboarding and contract renewals
Ability to flag and help resolve compliance or reputational risks
