Responsibilities

Prepare loan-related disclosures & supporting schedules for 10-Q, 10-K, and MD&A
Prepare disclosures supporting 8-K earnings release tables
Complete regulatory reports including Call Reports & FR Y schedules
Develop schedules for internal reporting (including monthly Board packages)
Review reporting for accuracy, data quality, and regulatory alignment
Lead variance/trend analysis and loan data quality control
Research new accounting rules/regulations and guide compliance strategy
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting integrity
Review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries
Support audits (internal/external) and assist with footnote preparation
Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting projects

Required

5–7+ years in financial reporting or public accounting (banking required)
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial institution reporting
Experience with loan reporting and regulatory schedules
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance required
Strong analytical, technical research, and problem-solving skills
Must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate across teams

CPA or MBA preferred
