Responsibilities
Orchestrate teams provide structure transparency and follow up on important action items from QBRs leadership team meetings and other executive forums to ensure timely completion
Prepare materials including reports presentations and other documents as needed to support executive decision-making
Act as a liaison between the executive team and other stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
Track and manage key projects tasks and deliverables for the executive team with a focus on Visa Direct growth FY26 initiatives and FY30 aspirations
Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects Synthesize complex data to provide clear and actionable insights
Coordinate and facilitate team engagement fostering collaboration and communication across cross-functional departments Integrate existing tools and processes to track and measure tangible performance metrics
Embrace AI develop and maintain tracking systems and dashboards to provide visibility into project status and key metrics
Identify and expand AI use cases beyond word and excel RFP response explore powerpoint pitch executive summary Agentic AI for RFP project management and other process automation related opportunities
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
8-10 years business experience in Payments Corporate and Investment Banking Technology Consulting organizations
Track record of project management product management building relationships across teams and key stakeholders to achieve business goals
Excellent verbal and written skills Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business issues and solutions to a variety of stakeholders
Must have a can-do attitude and will do what it takes in order to move a program forward
Ability to handle multiple projects and synthesize data
Must have strong presentation skills and be comfortable presenting material in front of executive-level audiences
Ability to build credibility influence and negotiate at highest levels within core segment organizations
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines time frames
Ability to work independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment
