Responsibilities
Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details
Printing work orders for the planning department
May coordinate messages, appointments, and information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail
Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments
Operates automated office equipment
May be assigned to various functional areas of the company
Qualification
Required
Requires a minimum of 1 -2 years of related experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Intermediate level of experience in Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication skills
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
Must be an organized individual
This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident
