Responsibilities

Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
Provide account and application support to viewers namely about software functionality
Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers’ inquiries
Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Client

Qualification

Required

Are native or proficient in German (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
Are passionate about the entertainment and media industry
Demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
