Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The role involves servicing inbound communications, processing policy changes, and quoting new or renewal business to ensure optimal coverage and value for clients.

Responsibilities
Service inbound calls, emails and daily tasks
Process endorsement requests
Quote new and/or renewal business with multiple carriers to find best value for clients
Make coverage recommendations to customers and cross-sell and upsell when necessary
Perform all clerical duties related to customer support
Maintain a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients and carrier personnel to minimize the potential for errors and omissions claims
Utilizing an electronic filing manager to maintain company compliance
Attend training sessions, and courses to maintain up-to-date skills
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 2 years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Property & Casualty License
Experience with Agency Management Software
