Lead luxury commercial build-outs from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are met

Coordinate directly with clients, mall reps, architects, vendors, and field teams to keep projects moving smoothly

Manage subcontractors, procurement, RFI/submittal workflows, and project documentation

Monitor job costs and progress, proactively addressing issues or delays

Participate in site visits and maintain close collaboration with superintendents and internal leadership

Uphold high standards of client service, professionalism, and accountability across every phase of the project
