Responsibilities
Deep Electrical Expertise: You must have a strong, demonstrable electrical background in the data center or critical power space (e.g., switchgear, UPS systems, generators, PDU/RPP, VFDs)
Hyper-Scale Experience is a MUST: Proven experience managing the commissioning process (Levels 1-5) for large-scale, hyper-data center projects (multi-megawatt capacity, thousands of racks)
Team Leadership: You'll manage and mentor internal and external commissioning teams, driving the schedule, budget, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, general contractor, engineering teams, and facility operations staff
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve technical, schedule, or quality issues during the testing and start-up phases to ensure a smooth transition to operations
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all commissioning activities adhere strictly to safety protocols and local/federal codes

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Expert-level knowledge of data center critical power path and cooling systems
Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, BICSI)
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
