Director of Community Partnerships
The Bristal Assisted Living is focused on enhancing the lives of its residents through community engagement and partnerships. The Director of Community Partnerships will manage relationships, coordinate events, and develop strategic partnerships to create immersive experiences that benefit residents and strengthen the brand's presence.

Responsibilities
Identify, vet, cultivate, and maintain strategic relationships with community organizations including: Educational institutions (schools, drama centers, art schools, dance studios), Cultural organizations (pottery centers, music academies, museums), Civic entities (chambers of commerce, municipal offices, local government), Community groups and nonprofit organizations, Religious organizations in the local community such as temples and churches
Map organizational influence and identify key decision-makers at partner organizations
Develop a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities across all 26 communities
Create and maintain a partnership database tracking contacts, engagement history, and opportunities
Serve as one of the primary liaison between our communities and external partners to ensure mutually beneficial, long-term collaborations
Regularly engage with town officials, local business owners, and cultural leaders to strengthen our brand presence and goodwill
Work with Communities (including Lifestyle Directors, EDs and DCRs) to Design and implement a calendar of signature events for each community, including: Intergenerational programming with schools and youth organizations, Cultural showcases and performances, Community open houses and chamber of commerce networking events, Town street fairs and civic celebrations, Seasonal signature events that drive community awareness
Collaborate with Lifestyle teams to ensure events align with resident interests and programming goals
Partner with Business Development teams to maximize lead generation and referral opportunities from events
Ensure that all events across all communities align with brand standards, quality, company mission, and community engagement goals
Mentor Lifestyle Directors, EDs, and Lifestyle coordinator how to execute events independently
Work with VP of Strategy, Regional Director of Hospitality, Food Service Directors, as well as EDs in the communities to ensure hospitality is at the forefront of each event executed
Serve as the primary liaison between Business Development and Lifestyle departments
Translate partnership opportunities into resident engagement and occupancy growth
Provide Business Development teams with event-based prospecting opportunities
Support Lifestyle teams with external partnership resources and programming enhancement
Coordinate with marketing to promote events and maximize attendance
Monitor, Track and Report on KPIs including: Move ins attributed to events, Referral generation, Partnership engagement including: Number of strategic partnerships formed and maintained, Number of partnership-driven events executed, Partnership satisfaction rating, Number of external meetings and follow-ups held, Event attendance and engagement, Event Press
Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and media coverage that elevate the company’s presence in each market
Provide regular updates to leadership on partnership portfolio and community impact
Continuously optimize event strategy based on performance data and community feedback
Qualification
Required
Experience in relationship management and strategic partnership development
Strong understanding of community organizations including educational institutions, cultural organizations, civic entities, community groups, and religious organizations
Ability to identify and engage key decision-makers at partner organizations
Experience in event strategy and execution, including designing and implementing community events
Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including Business Development and Lifestyle departments
Ability to monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Strong communication skills to provide updates to leadership and engage with stakeholders
Experience in mentoring and guiding team members in event execution
Ability to optimize strategies based on performance data and community feedback
