Responsibilities

Lead, manage and mentor engineering and maintenance teams

Prioritize safety above all else, and leads efforts to improve both safe work conditions and safe work behaviors

Identify, prioritize and drive OEE improvement projects and labor optimization projects

Execute strong AM/PM processes within a CMMS

Create and implement a critical spare part control system

Maintains a safe and clean facility through the Facilities Maintenance team

Scopes and develops CapEx budgets and financial investment justification for capital projects using margin, head count reduction, OEE increase and line speed increase

Works with team to develop and execute equipment and process solutions to support customer product development or product improvement requests

Works to ensure Process Safety Management, Fire Code and Building code compliance and ensures team compliance with all applicable environmental, health, safety, and industrial regulations

Actively participate and support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen Problem Solving and Rapid Improvement events

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field

7+ years of experience in plant maintenance / engineering leadership role with proven leadership, ability to influence, & motivate others to excel

Experience leading and driving change and utilizing lean tools

Able to travel (US / Canada)

Experience with developing, implementing and assessing a TPM program

Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Preferred

Master degree is a plus
