The Administrative Director for Women's Health Services will lead the outpatient women's health program, develop relationships with medical staff, and collaborate with hospital leadership to enhance service quality and volume.

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes and directs operational, administrative and financial functions of the Women s Health Service Line including inpatient and outpatient services antenatal testing, gynecologic oncology, gynecologic surgery, labor & delivery, maternal fetal medicine, OBGYN, reproductive medicine, and urogynecologist

Oversight of quality and regulatory compliance in collaboration with clinical leadership and quality management including TJC, CMS, NJ Department of Health, NJ Department of Environmental Protection, Leapfrog, etc while participating in the physician contracting process as needed by providing necessary data and preparing documents required for approval

Tracking and Timeline optimization

Manages the tracking and timeline optimization for strategic projects and initiatives, facilities projects, development of new services, support for IT implementations, and support and oversight of the Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency, Fellowship and Medical Student Programs
