Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your product domain at RentSpree
Deeply understand the needs of our users through qualitative and quantitative insights
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences at speed
Define clear success metrics and drive measurable impact across business, customer, and operational goals
Prioritize and communicate tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Champion simplicity, accessibility, and clarity across all aspects of the user journey
Qualification
Required
6+ years of product management experience, including experience in a high-growth environment
Strong product sense and product fundamentals
A bias for action: Move quickly, remove blockers, and find scrappy paths forward without sacrificing quality
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Analytical fluency with the ability to interpret data, size opportunities, and define clear, measurable success metrics
Take full ownership and accountability: Drives projects from idea to execution, with pride, urgency, and a 'do what it takes' mentality
Collaborate with clarity, candor, and respect: Communicate openly and courageously, offer and receive feedback well, and build trust through transparency and reliable partnership
