Develop and execute elevated visual concepts that align with brand strategy and seasonal storytelling
Direct and oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring visual excellence from concept through final delivery
Mentor and inspire a team of art directors and designers to push creative boundaries while maintaining consistency and clarity
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech to align visual storytelling with business goals
Champion innovation, leveraging new technologies — including AI, Figma, and motion design — to enhance creative workflows and visual output
Ensure consistency across all digital platforms, creating a cohesive, elevated brand experience from first click to final conversion
Qualification
Required
A highly creative, detail-oriented visual storyteller with 7+ years of experience in art direction, ideally in fashion, beauty, or luxury e-commerce
A hands-on leader with a strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual strength, brand storytelling, and refined taste
Experienced in digital-first production, managing teams, and overseeing large-scale content creation
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion graphics, and emerging AI tools that enhance creativity
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategy with creative innovation
