Responsibilities
Designs and develops software applications
Performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process
Works closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that the software meets business requirements
Participates in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers
Writes technical documentation for software applications
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 3 years of relevant experience
Master's degree in computer science or related field and 2 years of relevant experience
In lieu of education, 7 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Angular, C#, or Python
Strong knowledge of applications such as PowerBI or other visualization tools, including GIS
Experience with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, or Jenkins
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Master's degree in computer science
