Responsibilities
Work on real projects, meaningful and interesting work, with a mentor to guide you
Have a great learning experience with a humble, inspiring team
Help solve problems during development of next generation products
Support program planning and scheduling activities, helping track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across engineering teams
Assist production planning and logistics engineers with material coordination, inventory tracking, and supply chain optimization
Partner with prototype build teams to coordinate build readiness, track work orders, and update configuration documentation
Collaborate with quality engineers to collect production data, perform defect analysis, and support corrective actions
Participate in advanced manufacturing and process improvement projects, contributing to initiatives that enhance efficiency, repeatability, and product quality
Prepare reports, presentations, and metrics to communicate progress and insights to engineering and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
You are an undergraduate, graduate or PhD student expected to graduate in December 2026 or Spring 2027
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Experience or coursework in project management, manufacturing systems, quality engineering, or supply chain logistics
Familiarity with data visualization or process modeling tools
Demonstrated interest in aerospace, prototyping, or advanced manufacturing technologies
