Responsibilities
Apply data management best practices to ensure data integrity, process quality, and timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders
Translate business needs into analytical requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders
Conduct root cause analyses on data anomalies or operational issues
Validate inputs from diverse source systems (e.g., Oracle, ParEx, GHX, Epic, etc)
Design, build, and optimize ETL processes, data solutions (e.g. machine learning models), and user-facing solutions for structured and unstructured data
Contribute to the Supply Chain Data Warehouse design and strategic planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in data science, computer science, supply chain, engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in data management, data warehousing, or related roles
Proficiency in both SQL and Python
Strong Excel, Tableau, and AI skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Ability to develop, manage, optimize, and interpret large datasets
Preferred
Experience with inventory management systems, Epic, PeopleSoft, and/or cloud-based data platforms like Databricks
Experience with machine learning
Experience working in a healthcare supply chain or hospital setting
