Responsibilities
Manage new Realtor meetings, and track current referral partners business
Monitor and create content across all social media platforms
Organize monthly events from start to finish including securing venue, vendors and sponsors
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a positive attitude
Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Must be able to organize, prioritize, and manage time
Excellent organization, prioritizing and time management skills
Ability to manage, design, and product assigned projects from concept to completion
Hyper organized and excellent on the phone
Ability to provide the highest level of customer service possible
Preferred
Previous Social Media strategy or content creation roles is a plus
