Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Leverage platforms to rapidly develop and deploy business solutions

Ensuring solutions adhere to IT policies, change management, and security standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to successfully facilitate meetings – including information sharing and call to action outcomes
Troubleshoot issues by gathering, interpreting and analyzing data and recommending solutions. Analytical thinker and problem-solver
Ability to use tools to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
Support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently
Design and implement automation solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
Staying current with emerging technologies and continuously improving solution design
Preferred
Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis
Experience with Low Code Development
Working knowledge of process engineering software systems
Experience or knowledge in a banking/financial services industry
