Drive the design, execution, and continuous improvement of operational excellence initiatives for Oracle Health products

Ensure operational reliability, regulatory alignment, and the evolution of programs that enhance the performance and maturity of Oracle Health’s offerings

Accountable for governance frameworks related to defect management, incident response, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), operational maturity assessments, and related excellence programs

Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, including facilitating global operations meetings with senior leadership to align on priorities, monitor progress, resolve escalations, and drive accountability for operational outcomes
