Law Practice

Responsibilities

Represent secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings
Primarily handle creditor-side litigation, with occasional representation of debtors in Chapter 11 proceedings
Manage cases from intake through resolution
Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda; argue motions in court; attend depositions and hearings
Advise clients on bankruptcy strategy and recovery options

Qualification

Bankruptcy law experienceCreditor-side litigationLegal writing skillsCourtroom advocacyTexas bar admission

Required

8+ years of experience in bankruptcy law, with a strong focus on creditor-side work
Proven ability to first-chair bankruptcy litigation and manage matters independently
Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and courtroom skills
