Responsibilities
Contact vendors by phone to introduce UMB’s Virtual Card Payment solution
Accurately answer questions and educate vendors
Guide suppliers through the enrollment process
Record details of supplier interactions proficiently and accurately
Identify and overcome objectives
Achieve measurable performance goals (daily, weekly)
Accurately input and manage vendor data within UMB’s CRM
Effectively communicate to management ideas for process improvement or barriers to success
Other related duties assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
You have 2+ years sales experience
You have customer service or telemarketing experience
You are able to communicate professionally & effectively, both verbal and written
You enjoy working in a team environment
You demonstrate the ability to establish supplier relationships with a high level of integrity
You are able to accurately input and manage data
You demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred
You have working knowledge of Salesforce
You have experience with accounting and/or banking industry
You have inside sales, electronic banking or merchant services experience
