Assess and manage supplier performance

Reporting, analysis and communications of supplier performance
Lead process design and analysis projects in concert with external vendors
Stays connected to internal Operations teams and updates leaders effectively
Travel required- average of 20%
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 3 years of People Leadership Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Operations
At least 2 years of experience in Fraud, Disputes or Back Office work
At least 2 years of Relationship Management or Supplier Management Experience
At least 1 year of Process Management or Project Management Experience
At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
At least 5 years of experience in Call Center Operations
At least 5 years of People Leadership Experience
At least 4 years of experience in Fraud, Disputes or Back Office work
At least 4 years of Relationship Management and Supplier Management Experience
At least 4 years of Process Management or Project Management Experience
Project Management or PMP certification
