GDI Information Security Analyst Intern - OVIP
Oracle is a leading technology company, and they are seeking an Information Security Analyst Intern to support their Government, Defense & Intelligence team. The intern will engage in hands-on job-skill training and assist in ensuring compliance documentation and processes are maintained.

Supporting Federal Compliance and Federal Sales Teams
Ensure documentation, processes and policies up to date and adopted
Qualification
Required
BS + Experience with Cybersecurity and Information Security
Understanding of the NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS desired but not required
Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
Fundamental understanding of security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc
Ability to communicate security issues to peers, management, customers, and end-users
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
US Citizens with ability to obtain a US security clearance if needed
Preferred
US Veteran transitioning from active service or active-duty Military Spouse new to corporate experience preferred
Knowledge of standards and requirements with application security
Knowledge and expertise in projects of risk, information security and environment management
A strong multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail
Organized and thrive in fast-paced environment
