Responsibilities

Create, refine, and implement standardized processes, tools, and templates for schedule development and management, risk reporting, cost tracking, and general project management practices
Drive consistency across OCI’s colocation program by defining repeatable standards and establishing governance mechanisms that ensure adherence across all projects
Develop and maintain program dashboards, reporting protocols, and data models that deliver accurate, actionable insights to leadership, project teams, development partners, and customers
Establish program-level risk identification and mitigation practices. Partner with project teams to evaluate risk exposure, track risk trends, and report impacts to senior leadership
Define the standards for schedule development, milestone management, critical path tracking, and schedule health reviews across the portfolio
Partner with finance, delivery teams, and providers to establish cost management frameworks that improve forecasting accuracy, budget tracking, and portfolio-level financial visibility
Create clear, concise, and easily consumable reporting tailored to stakeholders including executive leadership, internal project management teams, development partners, and customers
Support the development of OCI’s approach to delivering multi-building, campus-scale projects by defining scalable processes and improving cross-functional alignment
Identify areas for operational improvement across schedule, cost, quality, and data accuracy. Lead initiatives that enhance program efficiency and delivery outcomes
Work closely with design, construction, commissioning, operations, finance, and other OCI organizations to ensure unified standards, aligned expectations, and seamless execution

Required

Strong background in developing program-level standards, project controls frameworks, and reporting structures for large-scale construction or data center development programs
Ability to build or interpret dashboards, analyze complex datasets, and present information in a clear and consumable format tailored to diverse audiences
Experience establishing or managing schedule standards, risk logs, critical path methods, and schedule health reviews for complex development programs
Familiarity with construction budgeting, forecasting, earned value concepts, and cost tracking across multi-phase or multi-site programs
Strong ability to analyze program data, identify trends, and drive strategic improvements
Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, influence teams, and build alignment across internal and external stakeholders
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex information into clear, executive-ready narratives
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in program / project management, with a focus on data center infrastructure
Proven track record of successfully developing construction programs
Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and design coordination
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Preferred

Experience collaborating with colocation providers, contractors, suppliers, or external development partners is strongly preferred
Understanding of data center construction, MEP systems, commissioning workflows, and technical design principles is a plus
Proficiency in French is required for candidates residing in Quebec, otherwise it is considered an asset

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
