Required

Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and California
Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law
Legal research skills and the ability to analyze complex legal issues
Proficiency in drafting legal documents and preparing case strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Exceptionally high emotional intelligence (EQ) and analytical intelligence (IQ)
Previous experience in representing clients in criminal defense and civil litigation cases is highly desirable
J.D. degree from an accredited law school
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Spanish or Chinese is a strong plus
Willingness to travel on short notice when business needs arise
Flexibility to work occasional overtime as required
