Responsibilities

Find sites, run the numbers, negotiate deals
Navigate planning, coordinate teams, problem-solve
Own budgets, timelines, and risk on live developments
Boots on, hard hat on, make it happen
Understand buyers, launch show homes, hit targets
Work with councils, communities, partners
Shape the future pipeline with senior leadership
Presenting a feasibility study to the development director
Managing consultant relationships on schemes ranging from 100 to 1000+ units
Attending planning committee meetings for a major residential project
Leading site inspections, quality checks and assisting in managing contractor relationships
Applying to your to a team for a permanent role

Qualification

Required

2:1 degree minimum in real estate, development, or construction, or a related technical field (e.g. engineering or architecture)
Work experience (internships, part-time jobs, placements all count)
