The Jr. Paralegal – Contracts & Litigation will support the Legal & Compliance team in managing commercial contracts and litigation, enhancing legal operations through efficient processes and communication with outside counsel.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support for litigation, disputes, and employment matters, including document management, legal holds, investigations, and coordination with outside counsel

Review and organize commercial agreements (NDAs, vendor, and service contracts) while managing all stages of the contract lifecycle from intake through filing

Maintain accurate matter tracking, calendars, and reporting to ensure compliance, consistency, and timely execution across legal processes

Partner with attorneys, internal stakeholders, and the Legal Operations Manager to manage outside counsel billing, matter tracking, and departmental governance initiatives

Contribute to compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement efforts that enhance Legal & Compliance operational efficiency
