Responsibilities

Lead sales efforts across your assigned region, representing our burn care portfolio
Collaborate closely with regional sales teams and engage with key stakeholders in Burn Units, Trauma departments, Pharmacies, and Operating Rooms
Develop, communicate, and execute a strategic plan to meet your sales quota
Act as the primary contact for targeted burn units, building and nurturing relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders and clinical or administrative personnel
Participate in key regional and national burn conferences to maintain a strong presence in the burn care community
Monitor market trends to identify unmet needs
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales programs
Support the adoption of our burn care portfolio—especially the core growth brands
Lead corporate business projects and provide customer insights to inform new product development

Required

5–7+ years of relevant sales or sales management experience in the medical device industry
Experience in acute care settings with complex sales processes and multiple call points including the OR and Pharmacy
Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
Track record of successfully introducing new products or technologies to the market
Strong verbal and written communication skills
History of exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time

Preferred

Experience calling on Burn Units or Burn Surgeons
