Responsibilities
Conduct outside sales activities (approx. 2–3 days/week; no overnight stays required)
Manage both new and existing accounts (ratio adjusted based on experience)
Prepare quotations and proposals
Communicate with overseas agents (mainly by email in English)
Coordinate with internal operations and support teams
Respond to customer inquiries and visit customers upon requests from domestic/overseas agents
Handle a portfolio of approximately 20–50 accounts
Travel as needed (about once every two months; some visits may involve a 4-hour one-way drive)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional logistic sales experience
Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
English and Japanese proficiency sufficient for email communication; daily conversation level for meetings
Valid driver's license
Preferred
5–10 years of professional logistic sales experience
Logistics industry experience, preferably with a freight forwarder or Logistics experience in a manufacturing company
