The Designer will be responsible for the design process across boys and girls apparel, including trend research, product execution, and collaboration with technical and production teams.

Responsible for the design process from color, concept, print direction, and silhouette to product execution
Shop the market for trend research and to conduct competitive analysis
Work with graphic artists to decide print and patterns
Develop color CADs and line plans
Execute trend presentations
Work with technical team and production team to approve and ensure quality/fit of all product
Ensure data is maintained in PLM
Qualification
Required
4-5+ years of related experience in kids design
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or Fine Arts
Strong proficiency in Adobe CS
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Project management skills
